We stayed there as the price was right and we took the bus to Metrotown to a conference we were at so we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, the room was nice and large and there was easy access to the computers. It was also quiet. We were upgraded to a king size bed. Staying at this hotel suited the purpose we were in Vancouver for. Did not see a cleaning person at any time which is unusual as you are usually falling over them but we did leave the hotel quite early in the morning. Carpet was spotless the only thing the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, bathroom door needed at bit of paint on the bottom part of it.
The pillows were not the most comfortable and the bed slightly hard. The restaurant was closed and we were given breakfast in plastic bags which we took up to our room but that was ok.
Non, awful hotel ever
It was pretty much what we expected for the price we paid.
Secured underground parking was a great facility.....good location fairly close to a Skytrain station
Complimentary breakfast was sketchy and the designated area in the lobby was too small
Comfortable mattress. The welcome by a young smiling people.
Very expensive and not good, not very clean. Breakfast is a joke : bad coffee and bad cake in a paper box, on a little table in the entrance. The picture on the site is very different from the reality.
Nothing, except they waved the $150 security deposit.
Well the room didn't look anything like the picture on the internet, the print out I printed off of the internet never said anything about an $150 security deposit that's was mandatory. The room I stayed in room 204 was flat out totally not worth the money I paid. The place to me is a motel not an Hotel. The place seems to be alilttle out dated. We were also told we would receive an continental breakfast not a donut, literally a donut.
It is close to everything: restaurant and transportation.
Everything seems quiet old: mattress, carpet, bath tub and toilet, specially the mattress. The color of the carpet and the curtain seem unmatched with the room well.
The rooms were amazingly huge for a great price, and the hotel had everything we needed, especially a washing machine!!!
The resturant was not in operation, which was disappointing and at times made it hard to get breakfast before tour pick ups.
The price was good. The location was good. The room actually was OK except for the rug, which was gross.
The rug was gross. And outside the window next door was a big pile of used tires. Other than that, it was fine.
It had a large room Good bed
They do not offer free wifi, it is overpriced, the staff are in competent, I asked directions to go to Victoria and they sent me miles out of my way to catch ferry. They do not offer breakfast. For the price charged not value for money. I am international tourist and very disappointing introduction to Vancouver.
The staff The guest fee The laundry room
We were very happy with hotel, the staff treated us well and we liked the fact that the hotel was close to some of the best shopping in town, and was close to where we were meeting our friends for dinner
It was a little noisy on our second night, maybe more of an effort to keep track of the guest on the floor
I have stayed in Cassandra hotel for one night. Staff was very friendly and attentive especially taking into account that one guy was doing everything! Room was very spacious and clean. Great value for money!
I would swap flat screen tv for free wifi.
Nice beds and quality sheets so great rest at night. Pleasant room. Quiet residential area view in the rooms at the back of the hotel.
Helpful staff Quiet Hotel Cleanliness
Had to pay for use of internet and no breakfast or food available in the hotel, also the windows in my room did not open.
